Return Policy

This policy applies specifically to accessory orders placed online, via email, or over the phone. For information regarding harps, please refer to our warranty policy.

You have a period of 14 calendar days to return the order from the date of delivery, Returns are only accepted in cases where there are flaws in workmanship, defects in materials, or if you received the wrong item(s). No returns will be accepted if you simply change your mind or if the order was placed incorrectly. To initiate a return and request a refund, please contact us via email at to obtain approval.

The returned item must be in its original condition, with all tags intact. Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund request. If your request is approved, your refund will be processed, and you will refund via PayPal or the original method of payment used. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable.
